The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Lake Como.

Unfortunately, my stay was marked by several inconveniences. The washroom in my room was quite cramped and didn’t provide a comfortable experience. I also experienced noise disturbances from other guests as well as the ongoing church bells, which significantly impacted my peace during the night.

Quarcino impressed me with its fantastic location, just a short walk from Lake Como and surrounded by restaurants. The staff were incredibly accommodating. every request was met with a smile. I loved starting my day with a delightful breakfast on their shaded terrace, featuring a good variety of options including freshly baked goods and made-to-order eggs. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning, which was a blessing in the warm weather. However, I had a slight inconvenience with noise. My room was located near the smoking area, causing a fair amount of smoke to drift into my space throughout the day. Additionally, the church bells rang quite loudly in the morning. Initially, my request to change rooms was met with resistance, but eventually, they moved me without much fuss. Overall, these minor issues didn't overshadow my enjoyable stay, but they did require some patience.

Request a room on a higher floor to avoid noise from guests above or the smoking area below, ensuring a quieter stay.

The location is ideal for wandering around, just a

short stroll to the beautiful lakefront with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, though I wished for more variety at breakfast. Still, overall, the stay was enjoyable, and the staff was notably friendly.

I spent 2 nights in a Single Room and was quite pleased with my stay. I chose this place as a base while exploring the beautiful attractions in the area, including the impressive Broletto and the picturesque lakefront, both just a short walk away. The room was spotless, and everything functioned as expected, giving me a comfortable environment to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, I appreciated the availability of parking, which made my trip much easier.

It was just a fine choice for a fleeting pause in Como with fantastic value. The small fridge in the room was super convenient for keeping drinks cool during my stay. Be sure to enjoy the quietness while only being a short walk from restaurants.

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay at Hotel Quarcino. The staff were kind and helpful, calling a cab for us and providing a clean, spacious room. Our room had a large shower and a small fridge, which was perfect for our convenience. The location is just a 3-minute walk to the lakefront and restaurants, yet quiet enough to enjoy some peace.
